YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES

Your schedule for this full-time position is primarily Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. However, please note that some weekends may be required.

As the Director of Sales at our hotel, you are actively engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and promoting the hotel's services and offerings. You develop and execute sales plans and initiatives while monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this hospitality role, you have the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager and other department heads, fostering a collaborative and cooperative work environment. You also have the chance to attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities to stay informed and connected within the hospitality industry. If you are a motivated and driven sales professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, this is the perfect position for you.

• Previous Sales experience is preferred
• High School Diploma is required
• Strong communication skills
